Sayler’s Consulting is locally owned and has been in operation since 1993. The company specializes in the permanent recruitment and placement of accounting and finance personnel (and other specified positions) within the Edmonton labour market.

Sayler's Consulting also provides full cycle disability claims management for employers and works closely with all stakeholders, including the employee, employer, WCB and medical practitioners.

We provide our services to a wide variety of businesses and industries such as oil and gas, trucking/transportation, manufacturing, property management, telecommunications and business services.

Judy Sayler, B.Sc. is the Managing Director of Sayler’s Employment and Consulting Ltd. She has been working as a Human Resources Consultant / Recruiter for the past 20 years. Judy greatly enjoys the recruitment process and the challenge of helping her clients recruit the best talent in the Edmonton market.

Judy and the other employees at Sayler’s Consulting are committed to providing the best possible service to all applicants. Applicants who are successfully short-listed by our agency are registered in our database and will be contacted for their interest as appropriate opportunities become available. Applications are kept on the database for a minimum of 5 years and applications are destroyed if requested by the candidate.

Gillian Parker is the Senior Consultant with Sayler’s Consulting. She has a number of years of experience as a Disability Claims Manager and has also worked within the medical community. She has had great success reducing premiums for employers through day-to-day case management, facilitating back- to-work programs and providing expert advice and recommendations. Gillian is fluent in both national languages and can effectively serve both English and French speaking clients.
