Sayler's Consulting offers transition counselling and outplacement services to an employer considering layoffs.

Fee: The cost to the employer for this service is $1,850/employee.

Program Modules

The one-on-one support, coaching and counselling is a service well received by affected employees and consists of the following five modules (each module is 1-2 hours in duration):

• Module 1: Personal Skill Profile
• Module 2: Interview Preparation
• Module 3: Personal Presentation
• Module 4: Communication Tips
• Module 5: Networking and Job Leads
